And I think sometimes a kinder tone goes a long way in encouraging people to consider a different perspective. Your statement isn’t wrong per se, but comes across very condescending. A lesson I learned early on on Bluesky… 😉

Add to all of this that employers and employees are learning about the group health insurance premium increases to their plans for 2026 - my clients have already seen between 5 -14% increases… and if the employer can’t (because that’s real too, unfortunately) or won’t pick up the differential… ☹️

And in case no one is aware, the Obamacare plans offered on the exchange are from the exact same insurance companies that sell health insurance to the vast majority of US employers that offer it… the exact SAME insurance companies. TMYK. 😉

Is it just me? If you look quick at the photo, it looks like a bust of Darth Vader back there… but it’s not… of course… lol… old eyes…
