The experiment here was making half-size cinnamon rolls. I prefer smaller ones anyway (original recipe cuts them into 9 pieces, and I normally make it into 12-15). But the last time I brought them somewhere, people were still cutting them in half. I did 24 here.

Recipes always tell you to trim off and throw away these ends, but yeah I don’t think so. I baked them.
