In the UK Rishi Sunak, previous chancellor then prime minister, now out of office, attempted to show he understood ordinary people by putting fuel in a car. It turned out he had to borrow the ordinary car from staff at the petrol station, then did not know how to pay!!!!

I find that going back and doing it again is part of the knitting process. I accept it now, and plan for it. If the pattern gets complex I add a guide thread so that I can pull back easily.

There is a way to make a comment on BBC content. It’s lower level than a complaint, and there is no reply. However all comments are collated and distributed to editors and producers each day. I make comments fairly regularly, I’m listening to the BBC less as well.

For me grief is like a big old scribble on a page, back and forth, up and down, round in circles. In my experience it comes along like an old friend, unexpected, sometimes inconvenient but brings welcome and familiar memories.
