Ysolda has a youtube tutorial for her Deep Shadow Heel. It gives more room for the instep and also works well with a contrasting color. Google "ysolda deep shadow heel" and you find it.

I didn't like LM, neither did my daughter. They have a tiny snag at the joint and that's super annoying. Went happily back to Ciaogoo. They don't look fancy but work like a charm. My two 3 mm circular Lantern Moons just sit unused.
