Before you’re old enough to vote, you should have to memorize the Constitution. Then answer multiple questions, like “A president deports someone based on citizenship status and immediately puts them on the plane. Is this legal? Cite specific sections of the Constitution in supporting your answer.”

It would really be helpful if most Americans actually read the Constitution instead of watching Fox News. The amount of intellectual laziness is appalling and the reason they are so easily duped.

My state doesn’t provide an exemption for working for the VA. My professional license is clear no matter who my employer is.

You don’t know what you’re talking about. State licensing standards for the various mental health professions, which are constructed based upon professional code of ethics, would consider this a breach of professional ethics.

Even if that was the mandate, my professional licensing standards in the state I am licensed say otherwise. I could easily be sanctioned by my state licensing board.
