I'm just after checking to see who it would be if not Latzo and you're right it's Brouillard. And I know Brouillard was definitely a southpaw because there's footage on YouTube of him fighting Marcel Thil. I've found 4 pictures of Latzo fighting and in all 4 he's in orthodox stance.

Thank you. That helps a lot, now I can have peace having completed the list with almost no doubts. Here it is if you're interested. Only one I'm not 100% on now is Pete Latzo. All the others I've either seen footage for or read articles.

By converted southpaw you mean a natural southpaw converted to orthodox or natural orthodox converted to southpaw?

Unrelated to the post. Made this account just to try and message you. I was making a list of the first southpaw world champion in every weight class and I can't confirm if Juan Zurita was a southpaw or not. From the articles I've read he was definitely a switch hitter. Do you know if he was or not?
