Back during Covid, Macomb county offered free 1 yr Shipt membership for Seniors. So I took advantage of it. I still use it occasionally but didn’t renew the membership.

I would have done the same since you couldn’t change tip amount. With Shipt app you can choose percentage or flat amount for tips and I know the shopper gets the entire tip.

I’ve never used Instacart but use Shipt every once in a while for Kroger and Meijer deliveries. I’ve learned the more you tip, the faster your order gets claimed. I always tip at least $7 for small orders and $10 for larger, heavy stuff or bad weather. My orders are never more than 50-60 bucks.
