One of the bizarre flaws of this game is literally how close it is to being a Final Fantasy. Mack and Cooke are basically just renamed Palum and Porom.

No Man's Sky had the amazing phenomenon of selling more copies every time it updates. Word of mouth has carried that game from where it was to now, and they apparently still have plans for the game yet.
