I hate this hypocritical flip flopping of peoples (especially right wingers) view on autism and being on the spectrum. one day it’s: “the food and vaccines are giving our kids autism, how awful.” And then they’re like “aw Elon is quirky genius like that and just slipped to a n*zi salute” please..

people blaming elon’s n*zi salute on his autism is deeply disturbing and honestly offensive as someone who’s also autistic. that was not a “stim”. autistic people are full fledged human beings who are capable of being bad too. also how come autistic men are so much more babied when they fuck up?
