AI can trivially create mediocre music, art, code and writing. Human critical thinking and creativity are being be sidelined, unappreciated. We haven't quite made machines as smart as a human, but give it a few years and I bet we can make ourselves as dumb as machines.

That moment when you're boarding a flight and keep noticing the same six or seven larger-than-life fellow passengers - the brash Texan, the adorable elderly couple, the emo kid, etc - who you just KNOW are going to be the main cast in the upcoming Final Destination film

Continuing my (honestly unintentional) trend of getting round to playing games years after release... "Return of the Obra Dinn" - 1-bit graphics and a puzzle mechanic that makes me feel fantastically stupid and unobservant. 5/5 would play loss adjuster for dead sailors shipping company again.

Approaching our 8 year wedding anniversary, so thought appropriate to get some new photos. Full credit to the wonderful MrMasamune, he got some gorgeous shots which I'll be sharing closer to the actual day!
