We’re grateful #ASTP recognizes the disruption the shutdown caused for developers working on #HTI-1 compliance & is considering relief. We recommend enforcement discretion or extension of up to 90 days to account for tool unavailability & unresolved validation issues.

We’re pleased with several aspects of the HTI-4 final rule. However, we do have specific concerns around ePA: misalignment between payer and certified technology reqs. on FHIR IGs and unresolved industry issues w/DaVinci Project FHIR IGs that could prevent effective implementation.
