@cityofdurhamnc.bsky.social these garbage cans in East Durham (N mineral Springs Rd and Freeman Rd) are not emptied frequently by Department of Transportation. This has looked like this for weeks. It causes more litter in this area. PLEASE get these picked up more regularly
