I visited the Eleanor Roosevelt National Historic site today. Great place to see. They were giving away copies of the Universal declaration of human rights that she helped to create with the UN. If you haven't read this, please do. If our country abided by these articles, we would be safer.

From a blue area of Ohio. Our local school district is making sure every child gets free breakfast and lunch every day during the school year. You don't need to apply, just available to everyone. This is caring for the future.

Visited the Henry Ford. Some exhibits had quotes and information that I felt should be shared. Great to learn about Rosa Parks while on the bus she refused to give up her seat on.

Visited the Henry Ford today to see a special exhibit about women serving during WWII. Really interesting. If you're near Detroit now through labor day, please visit.

Just opened in June, is an amazing room filled with history of the native people and settlers. Its not complete but very well done. We learned a lot.
