But so far they feel too much like cheap copies of the BoTW champions so I don't have much hope for them, but I guess it's better to wait until the game comes out before jumping to conclusions

Like, for example they could have made the champions be their own characters from the very beginning and not just masked people, and maybe people would be more excited to play as them in AoI

Tbf I feel like making a Warriors game set in the canonically biggest war of the series makes sense, especially since we miss all of that in ToTK

I just feel like the game could have benefitted so much more if ToTK was developed with the intention of getting a warriors game in the first place
