I set a goal for this year to run 470 miles in the year I turned 47. I ran 273 miles last year so that felt like a decent stretch goal. Well, I have done it. My new full year goal is 550 miles. Never stop pushing yourself to do whatever it is you want to do.

So I’ve run 443 of the 470 miles I set as a goal for the year I turned 47. Hoping to hit this before the end of October, and the new stretch goal is 600 miles for the year. 😬 I hope everyone is well, and ALL Republicans can eat shit.
