I’m not big on seeing movies twice (unless it was years ago and I need a refresher). But #LifeofChuck may be the most qualified to warrant it. Fantastic film. Easily one of the best I’ve seen in a while. #filmsky

OK. I sat through the whole 3.5 hour ordeal. I was expecting a masterpiece for that kind of time commitment. I really wanted to like it. I was rewarded with a few political messages I agreed with and some good cinematography. I don’t get the hype. Sorry. #thebrutalist #filmsky #brutal

Working my way through #Oscar nominated films I didn’t see through the year. Watched Maria last night. I’ve come to appreciate the biopic that takes a single week in the life of a person to tell their whole story. The Onassis bedside scene was stunning dialogue. #filmsky

Biggest surprise of the #oscarnominations for me was A Different Man. Didn’t see that one coming, but will check it out. It’s apparently a dark comedy thriller. Anyone see it? #filmsky
