Dumpsters blocking car & bike right-turn lane at 430 Bayshore Blvd. Call 311, transferred to police. Police happen by after 45 min (not dispatched). Won't take complaint because don't think this is illegal. So if police don't believe it's illegal, there's no record people tried to complain.

I folded this crane today on the 80th anniversary of the bombing of Hiroshima, thinking of my friend Kyoko Kondo. She was born in the US, but fearing increasing ethnic violence against Japanese-Americans as WW2 continued, her parents sent her to Japan for safety -- to live with family in Hiroshima.
