The Supreme Court has essentially immunized “Whoever” so it doesn’t matter, I guess.

I really wish that when commentators refer to Elmo as “ the richest man in the world” they would modify that and say “ the richest man in the world *on paper*”.

This is exactly what he did in the Trump immunity case; ignore all of his criminal acts an divert the discussion towards abstract legal conjectures. Maddening.
