Especially interesting that beta blockers were viewed so negatively. Propranalol has been an immense help for me (but I do have the hypertensive flavour of dysautonomia as opposed hypotensive)

Am I the only person who thinks that "crashing" = "wipes out at least a year of gains"? Everything else feels far too melodramatic for a minor variance
