Thank you. I might just get it anyway. I’ll find a way!

Thank you so much! Is the DVD code restricted to Australia/NZ? It looks like I can get it shipped to UK from Madman for an OK price but need to check if I can actually play it once it arrives…

Oh boy! Where did you get the DVD?

Excellent photos and alt text. A slight correction though - that is Dave Khan’s actual aura of magnificence, it’s just rarely visible to the human eye.

(I had to go out and buy a copy of the CD after work because frankly, I couldn’t cope without a physical copy and also couldn’t wait for my record😭)

I think I still need longer with it to accurately identify songs with titles, but I’m obsessed with Whakamaettia Mai and also really love Kuru Pounamu and Huri te Whenua. (I keep wanting to sing Everyday People over the latter!) Does the vinyl have translations of the lyrics?

What are your favourite songs so far?
April 4, 2025 at 4:29 PM
Aw, well, I’m so glad that yours arrived safely! I’m going to have to go out and buy the CD later. They’ve not even sent it yet and I can’t wait weeks to see the lyrics and artwork…

I think everybody else’s order arrived ahead of schedule except mine 😞

Will be my album of the year by a country mile, it’s everything I hoped for and more besides. Such a generous warm-hearted album.

I haven’t listened to it properly yet but I think there is still a song in te reo Māori he did at an Australian festival last year that I didn’t recognise on an initial play of the album! So I’m still in limbo for a few hours at least…
