I don't get it though, sounds like they are trading NAV for NAV, not NAV for Par.

So they're getting their NAV's value of OBDC which is at 0.8x? Seems like just a way to close out the fund and provide liquidity. I don't see the issue. Those tailend funds suck to be in.
