on a hybrid VR / flat screen game inspired by, half life alyx (and similar, such as amnesia, etc) and am hoping to achieve being able to switch seamlessly between VR and standard display without having to reset the game. Bummed out, as I've been planning with the index's hand controls in mind.

the index's?

I think something like those with a more full sized trackpad would be ideal - in addition to the game buttons. I don't think it'd be too much to include all of that really.

I have a gamestop refurbished index and half life alyx once you adapt to the controls, is amazing

of that is from the circular shape / curvature but I am glad the new controller keeps that and the two back paddles. I've been getting some good keybind setups in different games with the dual trackpads and back paddle buttons.

I am bummed that the frame's controllers are not full hand motion like

I gotta ramble. I'm very interested in the controller.

The deck's trackpads feel, a little better in haptics and surface /mouse precision in some ways than the original steam controller's - but I am able to move the cursor more smoothly/ in a straight line on the original. I don't know how much

My formal education is a mess. My independent education is just that. I look back at Falling Slime and feel all the same emotional turmoil I have over it now. But at the end of the day it was a game design idea that I put various work into, with others, and genuinely believed was, and is "good"

the physics in this make it, a lot more fun. Works better on phones now. Working on an android app for it, and depending on where I go with it maybe Steam. Got a bunch of ideas but wish to talk them over with more people or a mental health professional or something

Building this and Project Mycelia in Source 2. Currently via S&Box.

Mycelia is plenty ready to talk about but not to show.

Web, doing my best to have a solid playable chunk by Halloween. A Library to explore, for sure. As much Story content as I can implement between now and then

But if I don't ramble, be it to myself, the void, or some other unfortunate ghost - I end up feeling like what I hear early dementia described as

And that fucking scares me.

At this point these posts are more for my own sanity than anybody else.

I have a good memory.
