Even a cursory reading of the Bible reveals Jesus as one of the most “woke” people ever. Sounds like the Pope they chose is an excellent choice!

Trump won’t rule it out, but the Constitution does. Assuming he doesn’t suspend the Constitution. Betraying his oath to defend it hasn’t bothered him so far.

It’s amazing, shocking, dismaying and heartbreaking. I wonder how people’s hearts can be filled with so much hatred and be so willing to unleash it upon people they know AND upon people they’ve never met.

We only talked about it in our Sunday school class. It’s the kind of thing our pastor won’t touch with a ten foot pole, sadly. But he hasn’t mentioned the California wildfires, immigration, or much of anything outside our church.
