By sheer chance I noticed this cinema in Glasgow was showing Memories of Murder for one night only. Feel so lucky to have been able to see what is possibly my favourite film on the big screen for the first time. Ofc I feel even more sentimental about it now I’ve left Korea 🥲

It hurts to walk, it hurts when my clothes touch it, I get random shooting nerve pain, and tonight my right leg is aching alongside everything else. Could be weeks or months before I am 100% better. I can’t imagine how painful full-blown shingles must be.

I keep hearing it’s becoming more common for people my age (aka not that old yet) to get shingles. So I figured I would share my experience so you have an idea what to look out for just in case (hopefully not needed tho). The quicker you start anti-viral meds the better.
