More of a video game kind of PSA, but an arcade game called N.A.R.C from 1988, where you play as an officer trying to arrest drug lords... by blowing everything up.
Oh yeah, and the final boss is a giant robotic head called "Mr. Big".

This was also a precursor to the r/bertstrips subreddit which was popular and also criticized during the 2010s, and many of the memes were in the same vain (although there were some clever jokes like this one)
