I think anyone who’s interested in democratic reform should read the article. But if you’re just trying to decode the picture, the rectangular thing in the upper right is stuffing.

Allocate delegates to individual permutations instead of candidates, and then don’t resolve until the convention? Not sure that would really work, but a lot of fun for the wonks and math nerds.

I don’t even get the joke. If they want to evoke Marie Antoinette it should be something like “Let them eat balls.” Also, clumsy photoshopping is funnier than gen-A.I.
