The scientific community can agree all at once but if the average citizen is stupid enough to not understand that then vaccine rates are going to fall.

The GOP cannot be trusted, and you are on verge of squandering the only leverage we have to fight back against them. If you open the government based on a promise from the GOP then you should just resign now.
