Btw you can say “Wyau o Gymru” - Eggs from Wales

Cymru is the name of the country only.

The singular of Cymry would be

1. Cymro - a Welsh male
2. Cymraes - a Welsh female

Hope this helps 🙂👍

Hi Benny

The use of “Welsh” in English does three things:

1. Name of language
2. Place of origin
3. Signifies a person of Wales

In Welsh there are 3 seperate terms.

1. Cymraeg - only ever the language
2. Cymreig - something originating in Wales
3. Cymry - the people of Wales, plural.

When parties of all colurs fail to solve the problems people face & tangible basic living standards fall for the masses, people look for an alternative that claims to have all the answers because, in their minds, they have very little to lose.

Wales’ soul of kindness & solidarity is under threat.
