AI adoption is exposing some hard truths about “Big A” Agile. Standups, retros, and backlogs were built to manage people, not systems. PRDs and technical specs, once dismissed as “waterfall”, are guiding agents better than any of the usual ceremonies.

this recent aws outage is a good reminder to periodically check how your own products behave offline. if you're failing gracefully, you're building trust. if you're going down with the cloud, you're eroding it. that applies to robo vacuums all the way to mission critical systems.

awesome to see a team being 2 games down to open the series and coming out on top despite the odds. historically, 2-0 leading teams win 84% of the time. The Blue Jays had a 16% chance of winning and made it happen.
