A variant on the newly added Spears in Minecraft, made mostly of Emerald and with a handgrip of gold. This texture uses a similar design to the Diamond spear revision I posted earlier on this account, but with a slightly longer tip, a slightly shorter handgrip and a nicer, more luxurious-looking design for the smaller emerald handgrip which is located above the main, gold grip. The earlier post I made on my revision of the Diamond Spear also includes an ALT text, which gives information relating to this texture as well, so check that post out as well!

My revised version of the Diamond Spear, both the handheld and item variant, next to Mojang's current official design. My design includes lightening of the shading on the tip, a small change to the color pallette, so that it has more hue shifting, all to smooth out the texture, making it look a bit fresher. The revision also includes a small diamond grip above the usual red-brown grip to make the texture pop just a tad bit more. The background is a grey-reddish brown checkerboard pattern.

Reminder to pixel artists that even if you're talented, every time you try something new, you need to keep going to see progress.

I don't know if anyone's ever gone this amount of all-out on a Minecraft skin but I just spent 3 hours working on a base texture for my Minecraft skin so I can add different kinds of clothing 💀

Also yeah I put a nudity warning for obvious reasons

Introducing the Glaive! Glaives not only have almost double the reach you usually have, it also has a swinging attack every time you try to hit a mob, which damages all mobs as long as they're close and in front of you. This attack doesn't do a lot of damage.
Enchanting a Glaive with the new Flame Thrust enchantment turns the Glaive glowing hot! The crafting recipe of the Glaive: One gracious blade and two blaze rods.

A six-pixel-wide blade that looks relatively similar to the heavy core, but a bit darker, and like it's been scorched with something hot. It has a two-pixel-wide hole that is 5 pixels vertical above another hole that is two-by-two Minecraft's Heavy core: An eight by eight pixel square with dark holes that are 2 wide and 4 tall in the center of the North, East, South, and West pointing faces. The top has a smalles square line-hole in it.
