My favourite collection along with Chrysalide was the red collection of 1998/1999. Rouge by Fred Farrugia for Lancôme. I HAVE (still do) the red makeup (matte + glittery + wet look cream) that could be used for layering. I still remember the EdT scent. 😍

Inés was a favourite model of mine, as she featured on many of Lancôme campaigns in the late 90s/ early 00s.

Somebody’s beautiful bug picture took me immediately back to 1998, and to the legendary ‘Chrysalide’ collection from Lancôme. Young me snapped up many of those lipsticks, lip glosses, and eye shadows! It also featured the iconic Inés Sastre.

Found a #ruru chillin’ on a wire by the street. It was in monitoring mode. Poor quality because of the darkness, but my red light in the end shows its mottled chest and a shiny eye. But you don’t use even red light on night critters for long, so I left it to its surveillance.
