It sll simply means we're not dealing with passive objects, but with active subjects. The blinding premises, imo, do not hold. Poor epistemology, in general. Results? Stagnation in psychiatric psychopharmacology.

Cause double blind has almost never refered to results, only to methods. Until you acknowledge it at large, you're cherry picking, something you recommended against ;)
