.. Who is unable to help. Meanwhile, other customers are showing up, mainly because they had boxes at the closed branch and went to pick up their mail to see a sign that the branch was closed. No email or notice. Just show up and have to drive to track down where their boxes are now. An hour later..

Website ... ugh ... same.They recently CLOSED OUR WICKER PARK POST OFFICE leaving customers to drive half an hour to drop off packages. I'm 10 minutes away from the distribution center, so I went there this morning. 20 minutes after they were supposed to open I'm let in by an employee..
