I'm kind of far away (Minnesota) but while all of this effed up stuff is happening, maybe at least someone could try to bring her back to the U.S for her appointments? (Another U.S citizen) Is that too naive of me?

If BlueSky needs to do advertising, they can be a platform that only shows businesses that support DEI initiatives. People won't have to research things being marketed to them--BlueSly can take the guess work out of making purchasing.
