Honestly I don't see them refiling this case. They rushed the case because Trump kept pushing them to. They just don't have a good case and they're going against some veterans.

Shouldn't be comparing the CEO to average worker. He gets paid what the market dictates. There are a lot of in demand highly skilled jobs in America today that pay much better. Nurses, mechanics, plumbers, etc . Leave the barista job for the high school and college kids. It's not a career.
