I've had worst experience when just started. There was 3D beginner course in Californian brainstorm school, and they had remote option due to covid, so I thought why not? Could've wathed 3d twitch streams instead. Waste of money. But other art courses my fiance took there were great, just not 3d...

Idk if it helps of too late but I've been told 'Alive! Animation Course In Blender' is really great for animators. And for complete beginners in Blender I'd say Sonja Cristoph has the best one ever.
For sculpting - Nikolay Naydenov. Also BlenderSecrets book is a must.

Oh, animation! That's great and damn complicated. Wish you all the luck and patience! I assume you already have "Animator's survival kit" on your shelf? :) And do you have something big in mind, like a future project?

Oh, that'll be mistakes! I'm quite good with anatomy (when not lazy) but every time my fiancé, who is professional 2d artist, looks at my sculpts, she says "Oh, those ears are located too low" or "forearm proportions are off". And I'm lacking knowledge to see where and when I've messed up.

Stable diffusion had plugin for Blender, but using it felt weird and result were lacking. Fun to have AI in my Blender, but that's it. And not a plugin but separate 'texture from photo' generator - Materialize. It's great, saved me tons of time.

What? Publications? I'm sure there are plenty in academic databases. I'm sorry if I sounded confusing (English is not my native language), I was trying to say it's just me who doesn't know about those nor follow. And for research as a whole, they never really stop, that's for sure.

I'm not aware of more recent ones. My anecdotal evidence strongly supports this thing about shooting and throwing. But it's anecdotal (doesn't matter) and I'm personally terribly bad with grenades. Couldn't land one in the window within 10m. So, some of those papers I've actually read back then.

Research is ongoing, results vary but some studies reported that men tend to outperform women on tasks involving mentally rotating two- or three-dimensional objects. Women excel in tasks that involve remembering the locations of objects in a given space. Voyer et al. (95), Silverman and Eals (92)

Your idea of comibing smoke and northern lights is amazing! And great pixel art.

More like "primitivism" not "realism" is at play. When introducing something as complex as any type of opression in ttrpg one must ask why? To portray vices of imaginary world? For social comentary? For the plot. Or just because it feels... Comfortable. Bad news then, haha.

Yup, far better! Bad at throwing grenades tho :D

Looks great, something like malachite. But what were you trying to make in the first place? :)

Climb on the smoke, ride from the lights!
