@chris I don’t like this story. The problem is the agricultural pollution not Bezos. It’s easy to blame Bezos (is he even still in charge?) because he’s a dick.

@chris Don't get me started on fixing grades in high school so that meaningful admissions criteria can be set. The inability to do math at elementary level is shocking to me.

@chris We're being manipulated by governments and industry, by _people_ with vested interests. I don't think it's the same as an addiction.

@sundogplanets Writing "Despite huge advances in clean energy, greenhouse emissions were still rising", makes it seem that nothing can be done. A better phrase is "In spite of" to reflect the intentional nature of the delays.
