Continuing my self care routine and went for a sports massage and cupping. It looks like I slept on a giant Lego brick.

Still on my CrossFit bullshit. I've come a long way in just under a year but it still irks me when I have to scale the exercise due to a 20 year old injury. Yes I broke my neck and I'm very lucky I can do what I can do now, but still...

One thing I really am appreciating since moving back to Pembrokeshire last March is the closeness to the coast, and the unique opportunities that come with it.

Yesterday I went to Nolton Haven. There was a wood fired sauna on this beach. After 15 minutes in there, I ran into the sea.

Back at it after a couple of weeks off from illness.

Oh yeah I do CrossFit now 😅
