This is a list of all the counties in Minnesota with active 287(g) programs. You're looking for the Task Force and Warrant Officer Models. The Jail Enforcement Model is scary. It allows local law enforcement to ID a "removable alien" PROVIDED they are already in custody (think traffic tix).
