Aren’t these data centers owned by tech companies? What does he mean by that? They should obviously be paying for their own energy use already

Dam is neat but looks like its covered with some grass? Probably invasive?

Society in general is dying really… not to even mention climate change and other environmental disasters

It’s always been and always will be survival of the fittest… being able to separate information from disinformation is key nowadays

Divide and conquer is a working strategy

I guess we can agree to disagree on her campaign… but most of her critics focused on the fact she didn’t really stand for anything besides status quo (which I agree) and voters took issue with that

On the other hand.. I’m sure a lot a people are missing status quo right now

Both candidates were…

I genuinely think that three main reasons people voted for Trump were (in no order) ignorance (inflation/economy), racism (immigration), and sexism… having that said, she still ran a weak campaign to a very beatable opponent, even though Biden did well with the economy, which people didn’t feel
April 4, 2025 at 11:14 AM
You’re avoiding the question. obviously Trump is worse.. anyone should’ve been smart enough to figure that out but we’re dealing with americans here… she avoided the topic during her campaign and got on stage with a Cheney while Trump had Muslims with him making him look like the anti war candidate…

He was going to get rid of them anyways so better to have a receding economy than a thriving one 🤷‍♂️
April 3, 2025 at 2:13 PM
So you think she had a good campaign?? She still lost so pretending like she’s immune to criticism won’t help anyone.. americans have been struggling (even though they don’t understand why) so that’s why Trump won
April 3, 2025 at 2:12 PM
She needed to have a firm anti-oligarchy position and be pro-Palestine… topics she intentionally avoided

Why is expanding nuclear energy not talked about more?? I thought most people have postive views on it nowadays
March 23, 2025 at 2:14 PM
I’m not too familiar with large scale nurseries tbh… but I’m not a huge fan of tree planting, I honestly prefer establishing more low cost and resilient processes like predator reintroductions and water landscape management but that also requires us to intervene

Time is ticking when it comes to climate change and extinction… which you know means we lose these species forever
March 20, 2025 at 4:20 PM
Fair enough… but pretending conditions between millions of years ago and today are similar is wrong. We’re responsible for the damage and the natural processes (fauna) needed to restore it are just simply not there. I’ve seen videos of rewilded parcels just growing grass untouched after 4-5 years.

Being a natural regeneration absolutist is not it sometimes… it worked for you like 30 years ago but some lands are too degraded now to expect natural regeneration to be the best approach

Hopefully with at least a few bird species and small mammals able to survive amongst the rubbles
