After SO many tries I finally got 100% completion on medium guitar difficulty on the song Down by 311 in Rock Band 4 on @xbox.com Series X. I know it's not the real instrument, but I'm still feeling super accomplished. Especially since 311 is my favorite band of all time.

Awesome! I'm so happy you're coming back to Cleveland for 2 years in a row. We've already got our tickets. I've only missed one 311 show there in 31 years. I'm planning on wearing my original 1995 Blue Album t-shirt to celebrate. It's what I wore when I met you all in 2015.

Happy MAR10 Day! My favorite Mario game is Super Mario World for Super Nintendo. I still have my original pack-in copy when I bought the console new in 1992. This is a game I go back to all the time, not only for nostalgia but because it's fun for me to play. Do you have a favorite Mario game?

I started reading Video Game of the Year by @jordanwminor.bsky.social. It begins in 1977 (as did I) and I'm loving it. I've played so many of the games mentioned so far and learned so much more than I anticipated. I know I'm going to love this book. Well done!

Finished game #1 of 2025. I really enjoyed The Quarry. Cheesy dialogue and a somewhat anticlimactic ending held it back a little for me but it is still easily recommended due to the fantastic branching storyline and overall presentation.

All solo except for one session where my wife sang while I played guitar. We used to have Rock Band block parties back in the late 2000s/early 2010s, but I still enjoy solo very much.

I'm not the least bit surprised. I still play Rock Band 4 often. I finally got in Halo Infinite and enjoyed my time with it. And of course, I was happy to see the return of College Football. Thanks @xbox.com!

Happy 19th Birthday to the Xbox 360!!! If we only knew what was eventually going to happen to nearly half of them. After Microsoft righted the ship, the Xbox 360 has become one of my favorite consoles of all time. My Gears of War version is the one I still play.
