The Good Wife pointed out that retired folk such as us could actually go out and do things in the week! So we drove out north to Aurora nearish Piketberg to deliver boxes of books, then went to Langebaan for lunch. Kokomo Beach! Seared calamari and mussels!! 😁 Only 350-odd km 😎

And the last - with my favourite, the caracal, doing a solo appearance. The bed is up on bricks to allow the tokoloshes, or evil goblins, to walk underneath without banging their heads - which annoys them. The pipe is from a local legend involving smoking and the Devil.
