I say 1 is the best.
So far I made it to Episode 10, I am very impress how much from the original anime has been condensed at this point but it doesn't feel super rushed or anything. I really loved the fight scenes and the artwork when there is a comic relief. Also got to say Hughes' death hit harder then before.

First two episodes were really good, I like how they did the backstory and the unique things they added for episode 1. Just want to say I saw the original FMA back in like 2008/2009 so this is the first time I am watching Brotherhood.
