The freezer door on the garage fridge got left open Friday night… lots of defrosted stuff to use up. Cooked the chicken yesterday. Today used it and the defrosted puff pastry to make chicken pot pie “muffins”. The kid (home for the weekend) said “damn! Fire!!” I’ll be making these again!
