St James Park, San Jose 4/19. What would it take for the Mayor to come out and say a few encouraging words to the crowd? I was left feeling disappointed in our City leadership for not stepping up and standing beside us to support and protect our democracy. Instead nothing from the mayor...silence.

Someone asked me today why I am going to the protest in San Jose on Apr 19. This region is heavily democratic, we pretty much all agree about this guy. My feelings about this come to what I heard at the last protest in DC -> When they break the law and we are quiet, then we are complicit!
