BREAKING NEWS: META wins on fair use defense in Kadrey v. Meta. Judge Chhabria warns,in dicta, says that in most cases AI training will likely be ILLEGAL and NOT FAIR USE. Problem here is Ps didn't present sufficient evidence to raise a genuine issue of market dilution, a new concept for (c).

Andersen v Stability AI has a fascinating dispute over Dr. Ben Zhao, of University of Chicago and the co-founder of Nightshade and Glaze adversarial tools to poison data used for AI training. Should he be disqualified as Plaintiffs’ expert or barred for AI companies’ confidential info?
