BREAKING NEWS: META wins on fair use defense in Kadrey v. Meta. Judge Chhabria warns,in dicta, says that in most cases AI training will likely be ILLEGAL and NOT FAIR USE. Problem here is Ps didn't present sufficient evidence to raise a genuine issue of market dilution, a new concept for (c).
