The senate can't recess for more than 3 days without the House being on board. Biden wouldn't do it for principled reasons, but couldn't even if he wanted to. Have to be recessed for 10 days to do recess appointments.

No. Executive orders are not binding on future administrations. They come to be with the stroke of a pen, and they go away just as easily.

Do you think Hamas is deflating the number of dead Palestinians? Seems to me that it's likely this number is either accurate, or inflated.
