Having grown up during HIV's original assault, I have been awed and jubiliant over how medicine has combated this disease. HIV is no longer a horrific death sentence. Because of science and medicine, it's easily managed.
But only with medicine. This should NEVER be politicized.

Probably preaching to the choir here, but the assumption that our healthcare system is anything but a grand con is the result of insurance company manipulation and propaganda. Most civilized countries do NOT have this problem.
