That’s really good news, Mark. So happy that you were able to return and find home still standing. In the extended aftermath, remember it’s okay to not be okay. The loss of your community is a major loss. Our eyes are all turned west as we look for ways to support those in need.

We live in Western NC in the area affected by the floods in the fall. There’s an element of survivor’s guilt in addition to personal loss. We are lifting you all up as we watch with you, and will send supplies to area shelters when able.

Last I heard, Spock’s sister Michael had access to a spore drive. Of course, it’s the ethically responsible thing to give this timeline one more mission before we abandon the cause. 🤔

Raising children is not for everyone…neither is remaining childless. In truth, parenthood is a difficult decision that should be considered, discussed, and made with caution. We have three beautiful girls. I wouldn’t trade them for the world…but the occasional naked Saturday morning in bed, maybe.
