There's good stuff in there!
The set bonus is constant healing (vaal hazak) so a mix of 2 gore 2 Zoh Shia plus some other pieces are gonna be meta for many weapons.
You can run recovery boost 3 to amplify the effect.
Plus they look sick with the angel/demon aesthetic.

If you weapon doesn't hit often enough in a 9 sec window you lose value on the skill.
They are worse than perfect artian but some of the closest options for competing!
